Pamela Senske, Chairman
Mrs. Senske was born & raised in Spokane, where her father started Pearson Packaging Systems, originally R. A. Pearson Company, in 1955. She graduated from Washington State University in 1968. In 1985, Mrs. Senske was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company, and from 1986 to the present has been a full-time employee. Since that time, she has held the positions of V. P. Administration, President & General Manager, and is currently Chairman of the Board. Mrs. Senske has served on the Boards of Directors of the Association of Washington Business and the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Michael A. Senske, President & CEO
Mr. Senske joined Pearson Packaging Systems on May 19, 1997. During his tenure at Pearson Packaging Systems, he has held a wide variety of positions including Director of Business Development and Vice President Sales & Marketing. Mr. Senske assumed the role of President on January 13th, 2003. Prior to working at Pearson Packaging Systems, he worked in the Product Support Services division of the Consumer Division Unit at Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Senske graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, and he is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program.
Jeff Gibson, Pyrotek, Inc.
Mr. Gibson has more than 22 years of experience working in globally competitive engineering and manufacturing organizations. Mr. Gibson currently serves as General Manager - Pacific Rim Region for Pyrotek, Inc., the world’s leading supplier of consumable products and melt treatment solutions for the aluminum industry. Previously, Mr. Gibson served as Vice President, Global Operations and Engineering for Telect, Inc., a global leader in the development, manufacturing and service of innovative connectivity products for the data and telecommunications industries. He was responsible for managing global operations in the United States, Mexico, and Poland.
Bruce R. Leech, BTA Enterprises
Mr. Leech was Founder and Chairman of CrossCom National, Inc. CrossCom National installs and services voice and data systems for large U.S. retailers including WalMart, Blockbuster Video, Starbucks, and TJ Maxx. Mr. Leech recently sold his controlling interest in CrossCom National to a private equity investor and is devoting his time to various philanthropic endeavors.
Daniel N. Schildge, CRP Industries Inc.
Mr. Schildge currently serves as Vice President, Operations for CRP Industries Inc. CRP Industries is an import and distribution company that serves the import automotive and domestic automotive industries. CRP Industries also imports and distributes industrial products including high-pressure industrial hoses and electric motors. Mr. Schildge earned a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering, Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.
Matt Gerber, SprayCool (formerly ISR, Inc.)
Mr. Gerber brings over 20 years of commercial market experience to SprayCool. As a member of the executive team at Itronix, a global leader in wireless mobile computing technologies, he held various positions including Sr. VP for Global Sales and Marketing, Sr. VP for Product Line Management and VP of European Operations and lived and worked in Spokane, Washington, and Coventry, England. Mr. Gerber was part of the executive team at Itronix that more than doubled the company’s revenues and expanded operations both domestically and internationally. Prior to Itronix, he was with Norand Corporation, a leading manufacturer of rugged computing solutions based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as Director of Business Development and Industry Marketing. Mr. Gerber holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Hofstra University.
Douglas A. Pearson, WSDC
Mr. Pearson has over 17 years working in the criminal justice system of the City of Spokane and the State of Washington. Mr. Pearson is currently employed by the Washington State Department of Corrections, and previously was employed by the Spokane Police Department. He is an active member of the Pearson family council and represents the third generation of Pearson family ownership on the Board of Directors.
Jeffrey L. Otto, Ultrasonic Technologies, President
Mr. Otto has 35 years of consumer product operations management experience with such notable companies as Ralston Purina, National Beverage Corporation and most recently Coca-Cola Enterprises, the world’s largest producer and distributor of Coca-Cola products. His varied roles include Operations Vice-President as well as Vice-President of Engineering responsible for capital planning and project execution for 68 manufacturing facilities. Mr. Otto recently founded the Ultrasonic Technologies Company that provides packaging and process solutions utilizing ultrasonic technology for consumer product companies. Mr. Otto received his Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
