Pamela Senske, Chairman
Mrs. Senske was born & raised in Spokane, where her father started Pearson Packaging Systems, originally R. A. Pearson Company, in 1955.  She graduated from Washington State University in 1968.  In 1985, Mrs. Senske was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company, and from 1986 to the present has been a full-time employee.  Since that time, she has held the positions of V. P. Administration, President & General Manager, and is currently Chairman of the Board.  Mrs. Senske has served on the Boards of Directors of the Association of Washington Business and the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Michael A. Senske, President & CEO
Mr. Senske joined Pearson Packaging Systems on May 19, 1997.  During his tenure at Pearson Packaging Systems, he has held a wide variety of positions including Director of Business Development and Vice President Sales & Marketing.  Mr. Senske assumed the role of President on January 13th, 2003.  Prior to working at Pearson Packaging Systems, he worked in the Product Support Services division of the Consumer Division Unit at Microsoft Corporation.  Mr. Senske graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, and he is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program.

Randall W. Bell, Vice President & CFO
Mr. Bell joined Pearson in November 2000, as Corporate Controller and was promoted to Vice President in November 2002. From 1999 to November 2000, he served as the Corporate Controller of Tully's Coffee Corporation in Seattle, Washington. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Bell served in various financial positions at Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc (SHU). Previously he held financial positions in TVI, Inc, Wright Runstad & Co. and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Bell graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Washington State University in 1986 and is a CPA-Inactive in the State of Washington.

Scott M. Reed, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Reed joined Pearson Packaging Systems in May 2000. During his tenure at Pearson Packaging Systems he has held the positions of Regional Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Reed's career in sales and sales management spans nearly 15 years, and includes positions such as Regional Sales Manager at Colgate-Palmolive Company as well as positions such as Senior Sales Representative, Channel Sales Manager, and Sales Operations Manager at Enterasys Networks, Inc. (formerly Cabletron Systems). Mr. Reed also co-founded and managed the Sales & Marketing efforts of a premium pet food company. Mr. Reed studied business at Washington State University.

Leo Robertson, Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Robertson joined Pearson in November 1990 as a Design Engineer. During his tenure at Pearson Packaging Systems he has served in a variety of engineering design and management positions. In 1999 he was promoted to Product Manager directing new product development and product life cycle management activities. In 2007 he assumed the role of Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Robertson’s career in Engineering and Product Management spans over 27 years in the packaging automation industry including Design and Project Engineering positions at Sabel Engineering Corporation.

Rick Daily, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Daily joined Pearson in September 1980, as Manufacturing Operator and has worked his way through the ranks of the operation and has held a wide variety of positions throughout manufacturing and assembly. His promotion path continued into leadership roles and he has held positions from Supervisor, Manager, and Director leading to the current position of VP of Operations. Mr. Daily has extensive Lean Manufacturing expertise, and is a Pearson certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
