CE25 Case Erector Overview
The Pearson CE25 Case Erector is an innovative new case erector that is capable of erecting and sealing cases with pressure-sensitive tape or hot-melt glue at speeds up to 25 cases per minute.

Designed to Perform
The CE25 is a combination of Pearson’s proven concepts with new technology, resulting in a machine that offers the highest reliability in its class. With a ergonomically friendly, powered horizontal case magazine, vertical case presentation and compact footprint, the CE25 is ideal for applications with limited floor space.

The CE25 mechanically advances cases in the magazine to the pick-off. Once picked, the case is advanced into the feed rollers. With opposing vacuum cups, the case is engaged and erected. Pearson’s Integrated Chain Guide System (ICGS), patent pending, advances the case through the machine allowing for powered bottom flap folding for tape or hot melt glue to be applied for closure. The case is vertical when discharged from the machine, allowing for easy case filling.

Fast Changeover Capability
In addition to our already innovative and clean design, we incorporate scales and quick-release handles on every CE25 to enable fast and easy changeovers. An easy-to-understand optional operator panel will guide the operator through the quick changeover process.
