CE35 Case Erector Overview
The Pearson CE35 Case Erector is an easy-to-use, highly-reliable and ergonomically-friendly case erector that is capable of erecting and sealing cases with pressure-sensitive tape or hot-melt glue at speeds up to 35 cases per minute.*

Designed to Perform
Its small footprint makes the CE35 ideal for tight production areas.  Its standard horizontal magazine is easy to load and features powered chain advancing of the case blanks.  An optional low-level, ergonomically-friendly vertical magazine also enables easy loading of case blanks and allows for a reserve stack of cases to be waiting in the machine. Both magazine styles exhibit Pearson's innovative design of the CE35, ensuring reliability and continuous production.

The design of the CE35 is time tested. By using timed top and bottom flights and an adjustable compression mandrel in the design, with the CE35, you are sure to get a square case. Plus, its forgiving nature even allows the CE35 to erect poorly scored case blanks or case blanks with over-glued joints. If you choose an CE35 Case Erector, you will experience better production and less downtime due to misfeeds or jams.

Fast Changeover Capability
In addition to our already innovative and clean design, we incorporate scales and quick-release handles on every CE35 to enable fast, “no-tool” changeovers. An easy-to-understand operator panel that will guide the operator through the quick changeover process is also included as standard on every CE35 we sell.
