R235 Case Erector Overview
Pearson Packaging Systems' R235 Case Erector forms and bottom seals cases at speeds up to 35 cases per minute.* The cases are securely sealed with hot-melt glue, cold glue, staples, or pressure sensitive tape, depending on your packaging requirements.

Designed to Perform
The R235 is Pearson’s response to the need for a robust, compact and ergonomically-superior case erecting machine. The quick-adjust case magazine is wide and close to the floor, so lifting and bending motions are reduced during case loading.

The machine features improved operator access, easy changeover, simple operation, and less moving parts than other available case erectors.
As for changeovers, the R235 provides time-savings with slide and lock adjustments–requiring a few short minutes to accommodate a wide range of case sizes.
