Pearson Packaging Systems is a leading provider of secondary packaging equipment for top-load case packing systems, multi/carton packing lines, bag insertion systems and beverage lines. We help customers throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America develop applications for delivering food, beverage, durable, non-durable, and pharmaceutical goods. Our dynamic and fast paced, privately held company is looking for an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team.

The Aftermarket Sales Manager has direct responsibility for exceeding the sales and profit targets for the upgrades and parts business for their assigned customer accounts and territory. The main focus is to be on proactively developing, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities.  This position works closely with the Aftermarket Team for the execution of pricing, order entry and overall customer satisfaction. This position requires up to 25% travel.

6. Must be motivated with a fast paced personality and strong work ethic.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, presentation, and problem solving skills.
8. Must have a strong working knowledge of computers and applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to effectively utilize CRM tools such as SalesForce.

Required Experience:

1. Associates Degree in a technical related discipline or have or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
2. Minimum of three years working within the packaging industry in a technical sales capacity.

Compensation:

Pearson Packaging Systems is a market leader in compensation and benefit practices. This position offers a base salary with a performance based compensation plan and an opportunity to earn $75K - $85K.
