We are a leading U.S. manufacturer and innovator of packaging machinery and systems and have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Design Engineer based in Chicago.

 This is an intermediate level opportunity in engineering with great potential for growth and development for an individual who has a passion to design automated equipment.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education/experience
  • 3-5 years machine design experience
  • Mechanical design using Autodesk Inventor or other solid modeling software
  • Ability to provide sound design judgment and the contribution of technical knowledge on cross-functional teams
  • Excellent technical, verbal communication, organizational, and problem solving skills required.
