Pearson Packaging Systems acquires Chicago-area Goodman Packaging EquipmentSpokane, Wash.—Pearson Packaging Systems, a leading manufacturer of secondary packaging equipment announced today, it has signed an agreement finalizing the acquisition of Goodman Packaging Equipment, a Chicago-area based producer of top loading case packers. The newly formed company will be led by Michael A. Senske, President and CEO of Pearson Packaging Systems and will operate out of Spokane, Washington under the Pearson Packaging Systems name, effective immediately. Pearson Packaging Systems will retain engineering, service, and sales support in the Chicago area. “This is a tremendous opportunity for Pearson Packaging Systems to further leverage our commitment towards growing our business and providing a full spectrum of products to our customers,” said Michael A.
