Become a PearsonPartnerSM
When it comes to Service and Parts we know you have many choices, perhaps too many. It's easy to get overwhelmed. After installing a machine you may not know exactly what you need. We provide a simple solution with our PearsonPartner ProgramSM to help you determine which maintenance plan best fits. Some customers like to have a service technician audit their machines quarterly, while other companies ask us to run six month training review programs for all three shifts. We fill both of these requirements with customized programs. Becoming a PearsonPartnerSM maximizes your efficiencies and lowers your costs.
It's easy to join. There is no membership fee or contract. Signing up simply means you are committed to the long term care of your equipment.
What if I have multiple machines and locations?
Regardless of the PearsonPartner ProgramSM you enroll in we can customize your service program to accommodate the number of machines and plant locations. Our service technicians are located throughout the country, bringing you service more quickly and economically. Once you've selected a Partner level, our service department will send you a quote outlining the estimated yearly costs for your plant. Remember... signing up in advance saves time and your budget!
How much do I really save?
We know it's all about hitting the numbers. You are surrounded by timelines, deliveries, and budgets. Being a PearsonPartnerSM does save you money. Just by joining and signing up for a service level qualifies you for our automatic parts discount. Partners also qualify for special offers and incentives throughout the year.
Once enrolled, you can select from one of our three programs or customize a plan of your own. You can adjust between plans at anytime without penalty. The program is pay as you go. There are different benefits to belonging to each level and once a member, we automatically call you to schedule the service and manage your account. That's one less thing for you to think of.
