GTL-AN1 Case Packer Overview

The Pearson GTL-AN1 Case Packer is a fully automatic pick and place case erecting or tray forming, case or tray packing and sealing system, custom built to your project specifications. The GTL-AN1 forms a case or tray, packs the container with flexible, rigid or semi-rigid products and seals it with hot melt adhesive at rates up to 150 packages per minute. An ideal solution for sustainability concerns, the GTL-AN1 reduces overall corrugate usage with its proven design of forming wraparound cases. The standard vacuum blower also reduces air consumption for additional savings.
