What information does Pearson need when I call?

  • Your machine serial number (located on the main enclosure of your machine) is helpful.
  • Provide an overview of your current challenge.

What can I expect when I call?

  • One of our technicians will assess the issue, and try to fix the issue over the phone with you or your maintenance team.

What if I need more than phone support? How fast can I schedule a service trip?

  • Our Pearson Technician works with our Service Command Center to deploy a Service Technician as soon as possible.
  • The Service Scheduler takes into consideration your hours of operation and works with you to determine the best time to have a Service Technician visit your plant.

What does my Warranty Cover?
