H103 Tray Former Overview
Pearson's H103 Adjustable Laminating Tray Former automatically forms and seals the corners of large trays at rates up to 20 trays per minute.*

Designed to Perform
The H103 uses a vacuum system to pull a tray blank from the vertical magazine down into the machine's flights. The flights advance, applying glue and forming a triangular or flat corner post lamination. A pneumatic powered mandrel then presses the blank down through the compression section folding the panels in, firmly sealing the corners. The formed tray is compressed until the next tray is formed, and is dropped onto the customer's discharge conveyer.
