Pearson's TF18-FF Large Frame Adjustable Five Panel Tray Former automatically forms and seals the corners of large five panel trays at rates up to 18 trays per minute.*

Designed to Perform
The TF18-FF uses vacuum cups to select a tray blank from the vertical magazine and places it onto flighted guides. The guides transfer the blank through the glue section to the forming section where the mandrel forms the tray. Compression is applied to the glued flaps until the tray is dropped onto the discharge conveyor.
